Your Apple ID or Google Account is your Fishing Codex identity. We cannot recover it for you. Use Apple's recovery at iforgot.apple.com or Google's at accounts.google.com/signin/recovery.
Open the spot, tap Delete. If you are signed in, the deletion syncs to your cloud the next time you connect.
Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. Creators with active buyer obligations may need support-assisted wind-down first. Full steps: fishingcodex.com/delete-account.
Settings → Data → Data export generates a JSON file with your spots, catches, photo metadata, and account record (GDPR Article 20 portability). Rate-limited to one per 24 hours.
After completing a Stripe payment on fishingcodex.com, your entitlement syncs to the app automatically. If it hasn't appeared within 30 minutes, email “Marketplace help” with your account email and the Stripe payment reference from your confirmation email.
Go to fishingcodex.com/account → Subscriptions → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the current paid period.
All web marketplace sales are final unless a statutory consumer right applies or a payment dispute is upheld. Email “Refund request” with your order details. See the Refund Policy for the full process.

App Pro is processed by Apple or Google. Fishing Codex does not issue refunds for in-app purchases. iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: Google Play refund request. Statutory consumer rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Creator payouts are processed by Stripe directly to your connected Stripe Standard account. FCL collects a 15% platform fee at the time of each web purchase. The remainder is transferred to your Stripe account net of Stripe's processing fee; Stripe then pays out to your bank on your configured payout schedule.

Fishing Codex does not display marine reserves, protected areas, or any regulatory boundary on any map surface. You are responsible for knowing the rules where you fish. NZ: Fisheries New Zealand (MPI) and DOC. AU: your state fisheries authority.
